UPDATE on Monday, June 8 at 6:30 a.m.: The Irving Police Department states the car that was driven by Jocelyn Bridges was found abandoned in a parking lot in Dallas.
"There is currently no information if Bridges is on foot or in a different vehicle," according to a statement from the department. See previous story below.
IRVING, Texas - The Irving Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a 7-month-old baby believed to have been abducted and is in grave danger.
Serenity Berry is 30 inches tall, weighs 22 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white onesie and diamond stud earrings.
Police are looking for Jocelyn Nicole Bridges, a 35-year-old black female, who is 5'9" tall, approximately 280 pounds. She has braided black hair with brown highlights, black eyes, and was last seen wearing a multicolored shirt and blue jean tights. She is believed by police to have some connection to Serenity's disappearance.
Bridges was last seen driving a blue 2011 Ford Focus with Texas license plate number of MGP8642 in Irving, Texas.
Police believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.
